Jus Like Music Records was part of the evolution of the Jus Like Music website, which was a music blog established in 2006 that is still extremely popular to this day. Jus Like Music gained a reputation for delivering detailed reviews and also breaking artists, particularly from genres like electronica, hip-hop, neo-soul, jazz, dubstep and funk. The record label became a natural progression for us, and so Jus Like Music Records was born.
The label is currently what is typically described as a ‘netlabel‘ – an online outlet to promote and distribute music. It is our aim to extend this to the sale and distribution of physical product, namely vinyl, in the not-too-distant future, but we will keep you informed on that one! For now, it is our goal to help spread the word of fantastic artists and music via various online avenues.
